This patient was diagnosed with left breast cancer.  She underwent delayed reconstruction with a tissue expander under the muscle followed by 2nd stage surgery with placement of an Inspira SSLP 165 g implant. 3D nipple areolar tattooing completed her reconstruction.

This patient had nipple sparing mastectomies  and immediate reconstruction with tissue expanders under the muscle and alloderm. After expansion, she underwent a 2nd stage surgery with fat grafting and placement of an Inspira SSF 345 g implant on the right and Inspira SSF 335 g implant on the left.

This patient underwent skin sparing mastectomies and implant-based reconstruction by another surgeon. She disliked the shape and large size of her breasts. She underwent revision surgery with implant and capsule removal, pocket modification, and placement of a Mentor MemoryGel High Profile Extra 285 mL implant on the right and Ultra High profile 295 mL implant on the left.

This patient previously underwent left skin sparing mastectomy and two-stage tissue expander/implant reconstruction, with a right mastopexy by another surgeon. She underwent revision surgery with a right augmentation/mastopexy, and left capsulectomy and placement of a smaller smooth silicone implant.

This patient had right breast cancer treated with a modified radical mastectomy. For risk reduction, she underwent left nipple sparing mastectomy and immediate tissue expander breast reconstruction and right delayed tissue expander reconstruction with alloderm. After complete expansion, she underwent 2nd stage surgery with Inspira SSF 335 g on the right and Inspira SSF 325 g on the left. She is awaiting nipple areolar complex reconstruction and tattooing.

This patient was diagnosed with right breast cancer and underwent right skin sparing mastectomy and left nipple sparing mastectomy. Immediate reconstruction with tissue expanders and alloderm was then performed, followed by 2nd stage placement of Inspira SSX 355 g on the right and Inspira SSX 400 g on the left. Right nipple areolar complex reconstruction followed by tattooing was then performed.

This patient was diagnosed with left breast cancer with mastectomy and implant-based reconstruction by another surgeon. She disliked the size, asymmetry, and tightness of her breasts, after radiation. She underwent first stage fat grafting to both breasts to thicken the mastectomy flaps. She then underwent removal of her implants and capsules, followed by placement of larger more projecting Inspira SSX 615 g smooth silicone implants. She additionally underwent an abdominoplasty and liposuction.

This patient underwent bilateral nipple sparing mastectomies through vertical incisions. She was reconstructed with tissue expanders under the muscle, and after complete expansion, she underwent 2nd stage placement of a Inspira SSX 525 g implant on the right and Inspira 495 g on the left.
